Full members can be tenants and property owners within the BID zone, we encourage and welcome new members. North West Country Incorporated is funded through a BID Targeted Rate Grant (not levy or separate rate) from properties in the Business Improvement District (BID) Zone, this covers the business zones in Kaukapakapa, Helensville, Parakai, Waimauku, Huapai, Kumeu and Riverhead.
Auckland Council applies the North West Country Incorporated BID targeted rate which is collected from the ratepayer/property owner or indirectly by the business owner/tenant located within the North West Country Inc. BID boundary area. Any business within the BID are automatically qualifies for a full membership.
Joining is easy, there are no joining fees for eligible members. If you are in the BID area you are eligible for a full membership.
